Staff first verify the backdrop location and aisle length before setting up the main décor and side areas. During setup, the spacing of aisle markers is adjusted based on guest seating and traffic flow to ensure ample room for the couple’s entrance. A final inspection of the backdrop, aisle, and floor area is conducted upon completion. After the wedding, staff assist in dismantling and consolidating movable décor.
